Destinys second expansion,House of Wolves, doesnt have anofficial release date (rumors suggestits out on March 10. 2015), but the savvy fan community has managed to dig up a bunch of details on what shape it takes. Before we go any further, take note that none of this is actually confirmed and any or all of it might be subject to change.
That said, we just got back from CES week in Las Vegas, and in the spirit of all the gambling that happened wed say thatthe broad strokes you see here (at the very least) are a safe bet.
A 4chan user put together a graphic (via Reddit) that summarizes everything known, complete with what appear to be in-game thumbnail previews of all the items listed. This includes all raid weapons and armor, all exotic weapons and armor, all legendary armor and class items available from the Tower vendor, and all ships, plus a few other bits and pieces that well look at individually. It should be noted that the image doesnt include any non-raid legendary weapons. That doesnt mean there wont be any inHouse of Wolves, but no ones discovered anything yet.
There are also three sections that dont relate to gear. One, labeled Banks, lists Shader Collection, Ship Collection, and Special Emblem Collection, which suggests thatHouse of Wolves will expand the in-game vault which lets you share gear between your own characters to include these three new storage silos (shaders, ships, and emblems are all stored in the same place right now).

A Crucible section focuses onHouse of Wolves competitive multiplayer mode additions. Four new maps are coming Thieves Den (Venus), Black Shield (Phobos), Widows Court (Earth), and The Timekeeper (Mars) as well as some new hardcore mode variants that appear to connect to each ofDestinys three Crucible factions.
Finally, an Activity section runs through all of the additions to the PvE side of the game inHouse of Wolves. Heres where the spoiler-averse should take note: The list includes quest descriptions for each of the three story quests, as well as the new Strike and the new Raid. For those that would rather just know the raw stats, read on and dont enlarge the image below.
In terms of raw numbers, youre looking at three new story missions, one new Strike, and one new Raid. Much likeThe Dark BelowDLC and its Crotas Bane Reputation rankings earned from completing Eris Morn bounties, it looks likeWolves follows suit with a newReef Bounty system. The DLC also adds a new level 28 Vanguard Dragon option to the Strike Playlists menu (a space is already reserved for it in the game right now).
There are plenty more details for eagle-eyed fans to pore over, and you can do just that by checking out this imgur link (or the Reddit source link at the top). All of this info was compiled by the images creator, MattWGordon, and pulled out of data mined by the communities at DestinyTracker, DestinyDB, and DestinyPlanet.

George Lucas wanted to direct Episode VII
George Lucas has revealed that he originally wanted to direct the new Star Wars sequel.
The filmmaker told USA Today that, prior to Disneys acquisition of LucasFilm in 2012, he was planning a seventh Star Wars film for release in May 2015. He later decided to step away from the series, after realising that overseeing a new trilogy would require a commitment of at least 10 years.

The combination of 2014 coming to an end and Help Squads unwavering pursuit of the best deals and advice for everyday consumers has resulted in a Best-Of list for you, our cost- and quality- conscious readers. The below-assembled list focuses on household electronics and appliances that offer a combination of the following: a great price point, solid durability, energy efficiency and/or minimal maintenance.
To compile this list, we turned to one of the Chicago areas largest electronics and appliance retailers, Abt Electronics, based in Glenview (with a nationwide sales presence at Abt.com).
Jon Abt, co-president of Abt Electronics, made the following recommendations based upon customer feedback and his companys 2014 product sales.
Media streaming devices Google Chromecast ($35), Apple TV ($95), Roku ($99) Media streaming devices are small boxes that connect to your non-smart TV (a TV that is not Internet-enabled) via the TVs HDMI port for the purpose of accessing Internet-based media content, such as movies, TV shows, music and photos. The way it works is users send their favorite online programming from an app or web site on their smart phone, tablet or laptop to their TVs. Says Jon, These devices provide all the smart for the TV that doesnt have it built-in, and it is a fraction of the price of an actual smart TV.
Samsung LED TVs (example prices: $604 for 40, $690 for 50, $1223 for 60) LED stands for light emitting diode, and LEDs have become the industry standard for flat screen TVs. They are lighter, thinner, produce less heat and use less energy than plasma TVs. And according to Jon, Samsung LED TVs are top sellers because they are long-lasting televisions at a great price point compared with the competition.
Portable Bluetooth speakers Bose ($199-$299), JBL ($50-$250), Beats ($50-$300) These small, battery-operated speakers produce extremely clear, rich sound and connect wirelessly to all Bluetooth-enabled devices, such as smart phones, tablets and MP3 players. Many are no larger than the palm of your hand and have a battery life of up to 14 hours. Other features can include built-in microphones that enable users to answer phone calls and the ability to select tracks and adjust volume from up to 30 feet away. Jons observation is these high quality speakers are available at such a low price point due to this categorys incredibly competitive marketplace. He adds, These speakers produce amazing sound in a very small component.
Nest Learning Thermostat ($249) This is a wi-fi enabled home thermostat that is said to be as easy to install as a light fixture. Following installation, a user answers a few questions, and after a few days of adjusting temperatures up and down, Nest learns the homes heating and cooling schedule. The thermostat even has an auto-away function that knows when everyone has left the house and adjusts the temperature accordingly. Additionally, Nest can be controlled from just about anywhere via a users laptop, tablet or cell phone. Nest is said to be able to reduce a homes heating and cooling bills by up to 20 percent. According to Jon, consumers are moving to this thermostat because, It learns from your schedule, it saves energy when youre away and you can control it from your phone.
Bosch Express Cycle Dishwashers ($594) These dishwashers are the quietest in their class at 50 dBA (decibels), they reduce energy usage by 20 percent, can save up to 280 gallons of water per year compared with other comparable machines and they exceed Energy Star water requirements by 69 percent. Says Jon, These dishwashers are best-sellers because they start at just under $600. They also use the least amount of water compared to other dishwashers and can clean your dishes in half an hour.

Angie's List: Kitchen Countertops -
January 13, 2015 by
Mr HomeBuilder
MEMPHIS, TN (localmemphis.com)--Updating your kitchen countertops with the latest look might seem like an easy remodeling project.
But you need to be careful.
Countertops are true workhorses that can transform the look of your kitchen.
Whether you want something more traditional.
"We still see most people in that granite and quartz world," remodeling contractor Geoff Horen said.
Or a bit trendier.
"Concrete and wood tend to be and recycled glass, tend to be what I kinda call our HGTV products," Horen said.
The first thing you need to ask yourself is not just how much you're willing to spend, but how much you should spend.
"Countertops are no different than any other type of remodeling project. It's really important to assess the value of your neighborhood. You don't want to over invest in your house because you won't get the return. So, for example if you have a rental property that you rent out for $1000/month, installing countertops that are $80/square foot is way too much money to invest," Angie Hicks of Angies List said.
You also need to determine how you'll be using your countertops. Do you spend a lot of time in the kitchen? Do you do a lot of cooking? Are you worried about stains or scratches?
