ISA Arborist Certification is a non-governmental, voluntary process by which individuals can document their base of knowledge. It operates without mandate of law and is an internal, self-regulating device administered by the International Society of Arboriculture.

Certification provides a measurable assessment of an individual's knowledge and competence required to provide proper tree care. We not only have ISA Certified Arborists on Staff; we also employ 2 ISA Certified Utility Specialists, a Board Certified Master Arborist and 1 of only 7 ISA Municipal Specialists in the entire Pacific Northwest.

Be very Leary of individuals calling themselves arborist, qualified arborist, experienced arborist or any other version of arborist thats not an ISA Certified Arborist. This is just their way of confusing you to believe they know what they are talking about, however without formal or proper education and experience this may not be the case.
