Very professional and courteous service at all levels that I have dealt with, totally paperless (!!!), Knowledgable about sources and types of insects and how to prevent them. Didn't seem too bothered by my current renovation-in-progress. I feel more than fine about keeping a maintenance plan with BUGCO.
totally Digital , paperless company Awesome They use a dry insecticide they broadcast like seedsthe nice young man Trey was really helpful, answered questions, was not deterred or intimidated by by clutter of cats.
Excellent service! I found Bugco on yelp and chose it because of the good reviews. It was a pleasant surprise to see when the truck arrived that it was connected to Top2Bottom home inspections. I have done at least 7 home inspections with Top2Bottom. John Onofrey and his team are knowledgeable, honest, fair and do good work. That's why I keep going back to them for inspections. It was a great feeling to see that Bugco is owned by John as well.Daniel at Bugco did a great job and was a pleasure to work with. I'm excited to have found a good extermination company I can trust to do good work. Now, anyone know a good electrician and plumber???
*Repeat Customer*Maintenance plan is so worth it... less headache and stress.Let me start by saying I'm very frugal and terrified of all insects, spiders, etc. I'm typically a "do it yourself type", but the bugs were truly taking over and I couldn't take it.These folks are simply the best! The technicians are on time, fast, efficient, and polite.Germaine arrived on time, friendly, and informative, and considerate in regards to knocking down all the wasps nests/hotels that had took over my atrium. He began working immediately, and was very thorough and efficient. He taught me the proper name of the insects I was running from. He educated me on the plants that look nice but were actually attracting the insects. Great company, service, and employees. Thanks Germaine! A+
Daniel was awesome. He explained what chemicals he was using and what they were for. He had a great personality. I'll continue to use them in the future.
Always on time and sometimes early but they always call first. No problem with bugs since they have come. We have them out quarterly. We have also had lawn treatment which works well, and they have worked at our church in Oak Forest too. Staff is friendly, professional, knowledgable and answers any questions you may have when they arrive. I'd highly recommend them!
I found BUGCO on the yelp app. Based on the reviews I decided to give them a try. After Hurricane Harvey we were having fire ants issues around the house. I received a phone call back the same day that I left a message. The representative was friendly and very thorough in explaining the services offered. Within the next couple days Justin came to our home. He was friendly and prompt. He inspected our home and yard and recommended a yard treatment based his findings. The extermination did not take long at all. He moved through the home quickly and did the outside area in no time. I highly recommend their services.
We got some rats at home and it scared the hell out of me. So I called in to make an appointment. They are supper fast to come to your house to help you. And they give you a lot of advise on how to prevent and deal with situation like that. Both of the agent did Very impressive work and we got rid of the rats almost right after. Highly recommend it.
Some pest control places will just come by, "spray", and be gone, even for a 1st time visit. That is not the way to develop a repeat customer. Today, BUGCO demonstrated they understand that customer's determine their success and made me a repeat customer. The technician, Daniel, took the time to look at the "sample" of bugs I had been seeing, showed me how they were just the same bug but at different stages on their life cycle, AND walked me through my house to show me exactly where they could be entering. I've gotten pest control treatments across the country and have NEVER had the rep take the time to explain and show anything. It demonstrated to me that they know what they are doing and take pride in their work and company. Thank you Daniel for showing TRUE Customer Service!
Very thorough and professional, he went through every room and every corner with the spray, into cabinets and places where he suspected entry of insects and also into the attic, garage and outside perimeter of my home. He was knowledgeable and gave advice to seal up areas where insects may be able to enter. He explained the 3 layer system which helps prevent insects for 90 days and the guarantee for 90 days, he also offered his card if there were any questions or if for any reason I forgot to mention any areas that needed treatment. So far there have been minimal incidents of bugs and happy to say that the pesticide and 3 layer system is far more effective than the 2 prior companies I used! Very happy with service and customer friendly support. Thank you!
We cannot say enough good things about this company. Our initial research showed that Bugco has an outstanding online reputation so we contacted them for an initial consultation on general pest control and an existing misting system. The people in the office were friendly and answered all of our questions. The good experience continued when Germaine (our service technician) appeared. Very cordial and respectful of our home (he wore shoe covers which I loved). The most important thing is that the bugs are under control and our misting system is up and running. Germaine has truly exceeded our expectations in keeping bugs down in Texas! We signed up for their quarterly service and have no regrets. Another satisfied customer indeed.
Brooke came and serviced our home today. He was awesome. Our original guy had canceled and they were going to have to reschedule our appointment but Brooke added us to his route and came out to help us after he was already done with his day, and he came and helped us anyways, after hours! He was super knowledgeable and really took care of us and gave us all kinds of tips on how to keep critters away. Definitely will continue to use Bugco for all of our extermination needs and we hope we get Brooke every time!
Great for all your exterminating needs! I called them to get rid of fleas that my pets brought in, and they came that same week and tested my house twice for a very reasonable price. No more fleas so I'm very happy!! Definitely recommend them!
This is my second time getting service from Bugco Pest Control. Amazing service today from Daniel. I appreciate the call before getting to my home and the wonderful service he provided while in my home. Daniel explained everything to me in detail and took his time to show me little modifications I can make around my home to help with the bugs not getting in my home. Thanks Bugco for keeping my home bug/roach/ant free! Thanks Daniel.
I had an original contract with John Moore for pest control and I never met the guy who came to spray our house. I considered their service horiffic at best. I paid off my final payment with them this morning and was looking forward to getting my first visit from a different pest control company. I just got my first visit from BugCo and Justin was our technician. He couldn't have been more professional, knowledgeable or truly dedicated to performing his craft. It's such a huge difference when you work with a company who specializes in one thing and they do it extremely well. I'm looking forward to solving the pest problem in my house and I have the fullest of confidence that BugCo will address any needs that I might bring up. It's an outstanding outfit so far.
Before I contacted Bugco , I had what was becoming a bad roach infestation . After the first initial visit Ineqs very well informed of what should be expected , I've had two visits so far and my what a big difference it's made .... I'm very happy that I contacted Bugco and would definitely recommend them to other people .
We had another service come out and treat. The tech from that other company, while polite, was not thorough about treating all windowsills (he only did a few), almost forgot to treat upstairs despite me asking him to, did not answer any of my questions, and did not treat all the areas I had questions about, telling me that they weren't necessary.Bugco, on the other hand, asked where we had seen pests, was thorough without us having to asking him to treat any area, identified what he found so we knew what bugs we were dealing with, and answered all questions! On top of it, he was a great conversationalist, had a sense of humor and was very polite. He also had several suggestions on where we could make some improvements to prevent pests from getting into the house.Very happy and will have BUGCO back again!
They are just awesome!!! Daniel my service person is always very thorough in answering my questions and explains reasoning behind how and why I am seeing certain bugs in my house. He is very detailed and even pointed out I should change out my misting system cap as I need to keep the system water free. No sale pressure. When I couldn't find a cap online he said he could help me order one and put it in for me. My previous mosquito service company (mosquito management company) was horrendous. They overcharge me on work never done properly and never answer calls. Bugco office always answers my calls and are efficient and courteous. The whole experience just feels easy and i can completely trust that their work is done properly. Thank you bugco! You have a loyal customer!
This company does a great job. They always ask about any issues we may have and explain what services they will provide. We highly recommend their services. Do no go with the door to door guys.Go Penguins!
I was extremely happy with this service. My tech Justin called to let me know when he would be here. He was very thorough, professional, and friendly. He explained everything very well and I appreciated his suggestions. I signed up for quarterly services. I may have found my new pest control provider.
