1500 Massachusetts Ave, an apartment building owned by Equity Residential, now has up-to-date, modern, energy efficient aluminum windows.

According to Clayton Fisher, CEO and President of Aeroseal Windows and Storefront (http://www.aerosealcorp.com), After 5 years of budgeting for various perspective owners to no avail, we had the good fortune to team up with a new owner, Equity Residential. Equity wanted it done right and was willing to invest the money in creating a building which, in the words of the DC Government Historic Officer, is now better than it was when it was new.
Installing state-of-the-art aluminum windows in the Washington, DC building, Aeroseal Windows and Storefront brought the apartment complex, built in 1952, into the modern era of energy efficiency with 1900 fixed and casement windows with clean anodized finish.
In addition to completing this historic window replacement project, Aeroseal Windows and Storefront has recently been awarded a storefront project for the same building, which is slated to begin this fall.
