I was working in Victoria BC as a plumber when I got a call to diagnose a water leak. It took a few minutes to open the wall close to where the leak appeared. I was surprised to find a nail in the copper piping. The plumbing repair took about an hour by the time we finished draining the system and fixed the leak. All 62 tenants were very happy when the water was repaired.
