CPTED and Mississauga: 20 Years Later Constable Tom McKay Peel Regional Police Cst. McKay is a 27-year veteran of the Peel Regional Police. For the last 20 years, he has been attached to the award-winning Peel Regional Police Crime Prevention Services, where he specializes in CPTED. Tom has lectured extensively on CPTED, and has developed two CPTED courses, which he teaches throughout North America. Wayne Nishihama, OALA, CALA Manager of Urban Design, Planning and Building Department, City of Mississauga Wayne is a landscape architect and a member of the Canadian Society of Landscape Architects. Wayne is actively pursuing the implementation of CPTED concepts and principles in an effort to design safer communities, and he is one of the Founding Directors of CPTED Ontario. Randy Jamieson Senior Project Manager, City of Mississauga Randy is a Senior Project Manager with the Development Section of Community Services, where he works with a dedicated group of people to build the city #39;s parks, trails, and recreation facilities. He has been an active member of the City of Mississauaga #39;s CPTED Committee since it inception in 1996.
