Chandler’s Roofing Appoints Former Marine as Solar Project Manager to their Newly Formed Los Angeles Solar Business …

Chandlers Roofing is pleased to announce that Marty Sidorchuck has recently been promoted to Solar Project Manager, helping lead the growth and business development of Chandlers Solar Construction, a newly formed subsidiary of Chandlers Roofing focusing on rooftop solar in Los Angeles and Orange County.

As Solar Project Manager, Sidorchucks responsibilities include the overall success and integration of Chandlers solar business opportunities. Additionally, Sidorchuck is responsible for business development, site survey requirements, permit package delivery and serving as the senior liaison between Chandlers Roofing, GAF Solar and Chandlers other solar clients.

Sidorchuck comes to Chandlers Roofing as a recently retired US Marine, having served the past 4 years stationed in Norfolk, VA and 29 Palms, CA; with deployments overseas to Cuba, Bahrain, and most recently Afghanistan. Prior to his service in the Marines, Sidorchuck gained valuable roofing experience working for his fathers company, M&S Roofing & Contracting in Warrington, PA.

We are thrilled to have Marty onboard and focused on growing our solar business. He brings a terrific work ethic and tenacity which he undoubtedly learned while in the Marines, states Chandlers Roofing president, Trevor Leeds. Being able to hire veterans has always been an interest of our company and Marty brings just the right mix of roofing experience and passion for solar.

Recently, Chandlers Roofing was selected as the first GAF Solar Elite Contractor in Southern California spurring them to form a new subsidiary, Chandlers Solar Construction. Additionally, Chandlers Roofing has performed roofing and solar related work for other leading Los Angeles solar providers such as SolarCity and OneRoof Energy.

Solar roofing is going to be a huge part of our business model going forward, both in our strategic relationship with GAF, as well as roofing work with other solar partners, commented Leeds.
