Welcome to Diamond Factory Service, your source for fast local appliance repair. We proudly serve the greater Chicago area and suburbs, Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Our service area includes all of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs Northwest Indiana and Southwest Michigan. Our general service area is west, south and east of Lake Michigan. In Michigan we have our showroom and parts store in Benton Harbor but we service from the shores of Lake Michigan as far east as Kalamazoo and Portage from South Haven south to the state line. In Indiana we service as far east as South Bend and Goshen to the Illinois state line on the west. In Chicago we service from the Wisconsin state line south to Will County and as far west as Aurora, Naperville & Joliet. We opened our doors in the 60's when we were known as Whirlpool Factory Service. We are proud to service many appliance brands including: Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Jenn-Air, Maytag, Frigidaire, Electrolux, Samsung, and Amana. We are a full-line repair company and service all major appliances from microwaves and ranges to refrigerators/freezers as well as all of your laundry equipment - Washers, dryers, front load or top load units. Diamond Factory Service has quality, trained technicians able to diagnose and repair all of your appliances.
