BlueMetal Architects Appoints Chief Operating Officer, Frank Murphy

WATERTOWN, Mass., May 7, 2013 /PRNewswire-iReach/ -- BlueMetal Architects today announces the appointment of twenty-five-year professional services industry veteran Frank Murphy as the Company's new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Murphy will oversee BlueMetal's daily business operations including Delivery, Finance and Human Resources.

Mr. Murphy joins BlueMetal from Microsoft, where he spent nineteen years in roles ranging from leading large professional services practices to managing global relationships with Microsoft's most strategic clients. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Murphy spent several years managing professional services practices at companies including Oracle and Verity.

Since its 2010 launch, the company has created 70 new jobs, expanded to three locations, spun off a software company, CollabFactory, and delivered successful projects to numerous companies including several on the Fortune 500 list.
