The session will explain how to implement a case management solution based on Alfresco. As case management requires process support Activiti comes into play. The session will explain how to use workflows to support the case management soltution. As case management has it complexities and requires a certain level of flexibility and adaptability, the session will finally explain how to apply adaptive case management patterns to the implementation by leveraging many of the Alfresco and Activiti build in functionality. The session will divided into several small units, which build upon each other to allow gradually understand the concepts behind the solution and implementation. It will include many examples, code snippets and live demonstration.
