Lampson Street School
The first Lampson Street School was a four-room brick building constructed in 1903. In the years following various architects were hired to enlarge the school. The school officially reopened in it #39;s final form on the 9th of April 1914. It was closed again in 1976. But in 1990 it was given heritage designation and was reopened in 1993 after being completely restored by the Greater Victoria School District. Sadly it closed again as a public school in 2007.From:TownshipofEsquimaltViews:0 0ratingsTime:00:38More inPeople Blogs
