SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--

International architecture firm SB Architects is pleased to announce that Simon Littler has joined the firm as the Managing Director of its Wine Practice. With 27 years in the wine industry, Simon is an internationally recognized expert in fine wine, with a deep understanding of the winemaking business, process and culture. Simon will lead the firms efforts as it expands it burgeoning winery design practice, both in the United States and in established and developing wine regions throughout the world.

During his decades-long tenure in the food and wine industry, Mr. Littler has worked directly within virtually every aspect of the wine business, as a restaurant chef and owner, vineyard developer, and entrepreneurial wine importer and retailer. He has developed several companies focused on re-thinking and expanding the international wine market, including a global company formed to facilitate and manage wine clubs for large brands such as Williams Sonoma, the New York Times and Food & Wine magazine.
