Mark has done two significant home remodel jobs for me. I was exceptionally pleased with both. He is a first rate remodeler. Very knowledgeable. Very customer oriented. Superior work quality. Meticulous attention to detail.Very good subcontractor manager. He seeks to fully understand the scope of work up front and prices it accordingly. He wants to understand the customer budget and work within it. Some items are fixed price and some are in the form of allowances due to the nature of the work. Change orders are always discussed and priced up front. He addresses unexpected situations calmly and always with an answer and alternatives. He does high quality work and will not generally compromise with an inferior solution. He puts together a detailed project schedule on the front end and generally stays within it barring unforeseen conditions.

I would be hard pressed to find a more complete contractor for the job. I would hire him 100 times over. I am a contractor myself and know all the ins and outs of the business. Mark runs a first class business. You will be very pleased with him.
