Description Custodial Supervisor Huntsville, Alabama

SBM Site Services, an international facilities service company, is searching for an experienced Custodial Supervisor who will add to our team and continue to raise the bar in client service, safety, and growth. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities within the assigned program, and will adhere to, implement and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures. The successful candidate will be highly organized with experience managing janitorial crews or 7-15 crewmembers.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Conduct employee training * Prepare schedules and routes for service personnel * Regularly inspects facilities and audits inventory, supplies and equipment * Implements organization policies and goals * Facilitate budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be made * Participate in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvements * Assists with coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documents * Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc. * Acts as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors * Establishes and maintains contact with contractors to ensure the smooth working of the contract process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 5-7 years of custodial experience * Must be able to work assigned shift hours * Must have floor and carpet experience * Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check and have a clean driving record

COMPENSATION The annual salary range for this position is $24,960 to $29,120 depending on experience.
