BAKERSFIELD - This year's St. Jude Dream Home is different than in years passed. This time, a local business spared no expense on a donation for the children of Saint Jude.

A new granite feels like leather, holds the stone's natural color, hides fingerprints and reduces water spots.

"We donated um the kitchen countertops, the bathroom vanities and its all the new updated material," said Kelly Sheldonwith American Tile and Stone. "It's the honed granite countertops and the leather countertops."
