The Dipstick Road Profiler, a World Bank Standard Class 1 profiler, measures International Roughness Index (IRI), Half-Car IRI, and many other roughness indices. So back with another Duel Commentary and this time its between Neo/Elemental Heroes (kaiba-yusei) vs Chaos Dragons (!! Rox Man). Good duel to show off that Chaos Dragons still have a kick to them and like Lightsworn and Samurai #39;s will always stick around to compete. Neos and Elemental Heroes do struggle to work together and do a lot better in separate decks, however it is nice to see them in their classic GX style and always nice to see them compete with tough decks like Chaos Dragons.
