KUALA LUMPUR: A Feng Shui expert has predicted that Barisan Nasional will win the 13th general election (GE13) at the federal level and regain Selangor and Kedah.
David Koh predicted that the BN wi l l also win more state legislative assembly seats in Penang compared to the last general election.
However, the BN was expected to face stiff competition in Negeri Sembilan and Perlis, he said when contacted by Bernama.
Earlier, Koh had told Bernama TV that he predicted the GE13 would be held on May 5 and his prediction had clearly been accurate when the Elect ion Commission (EC) chairman Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof announced the date yesterday.
Although many people brushed aside his prediction as a wild guess, Koh pointed out that his prediction was based on Feng Shui calculation known as Shi which meant war.
Af ter the di ssolut ion (of Parliament) on April 3, we have 60 days to hold the general election, so according to the shi formula, throughout the 60 days there will be one day where there will be war, and that day falls on May 5, he said.
The 67-year-old Koh said the BN had made many drast ic changes with several successes made by Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak in winning the hearts of the people after the country suffered the 2008 political tsunami. Bernama

Living in a tiny space doesnt necessarily have to mean sacrificing design, or in this case, feng shui. Here are some basic guidelines for maintaining good flow, however small your space may be.
Establish the command position
In feng shui, the command position, or power spot, is the point of the room where you feel safest and most in command. In this case, it is often the spot located directly opposite the door. You can easily see the entryway, thus giving you the best control (both visually and physically) of your space. If youre living in a studio apartment, this will mean that youll have to decorate and rearrange furniture around your bed. Try using room dividers to make your space feel more like a larger apartment.
Declutter your life
This is an important standard not just in feng shui but in all aspects of life. Physical clutter translates into emotional turmoil and can leave you feeling unnecessarily stressed. As always, you can use self-storage to take care of any excess furniture you cant part with quite yet. If you find yourself pressed for space but unwilling to invest in self-storage, storing vertically can be a lifesaver and will offer some unique and practical wall decorations.
Incorporate mirrors
The No. 1 problem with small spaces is that theyre too small for your big world. Mirrors are the key to bypassing this conundrum. Not only will they give your apartment the impression of being more spacious than it actually is, but theyll easily place you in the command position, as they enable you to see whats going on behind you at all times.
Additionally, keep visible knickknacks as decorations to a minimum. If you do have too many decorative objects, try to organize them together as a group. Overall, your objects and furniture should accompany and complement one another, not compete for attention.
Keep your entryway clear
In feng shui, the three most important spaces are the kitchen, the entryway and the bedroom. If you live in a tiny apartment or studio, then most likely these are your only spaces. The important thing is to make sure that your entryway is clear. Avoid cluttering your pathways as well so that good energy can flow throughout your apartment easily.

David Koh, 67, turut meramalkan BN akan meraih lebih banyak kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri di Pulau Pinang berbanding semasa pilihan raya umum lepas.
Bagaimanapun, BN dijangka menghadapi persaingan sengit di Negeri Sembilan dan Perlis, katanya ketika dihubungi Bernama.
Sebelum ini, Koh pernah memberitahu Bernama TV beliau meramalkan pengundian PRU13 akan jatuh pada 5 Mei depan dan nyata tekaan beliau tepat apabila Pengerusi Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR) Tan Sri Abdul Aziz Mohd Yusof mengumumkan tarikh tersebut, semalam.
Biarpun ramai beranggapan ramalannya hanya sekadar tembak angin namun Koh berkata ramalan itu berasas kerana ia menggunakan pengiraan Feng Shui dikenali sebagai Shi yang membawa maksud perang.
Selepas pembubaran pada 3 April lepas, kita ada 60 hari untuk mengadakan pilihan raya, jadi menurut formula Shi, sepanjang tempoh 60 hari itu akan ada satu hari yang akan berperang dan hari tersebut jatuh pada 5 Mei, katanya.
Koh berkata BN telah banyak membuat perubahan drastik dengan beberapa kejayaan yang dilakukan Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak dalam memenangi hati rakyat selepas negara mengalami tsunami politik pada 2008.
Selama lima tahun ini kita dapat lihat pelbagai transformasi telah dilakukan oleh Perdana Menteri. Meramalkan siapa yang menang atau kalah pada pilihan raya kali ini juga memerlukan ramalan yang berasas. Ia bukan bergantung kepada nasib tetapi berdasarkan usaha keras yang dilakukan oleh anggota politik itu sendiri untuk rakyat, katanya.
