Colao concedes there is a gap since EE launched 4G earlier but says Vodafone counts the number of customers that are using 4G data plans rather than EEs counting of the number of 4G handsets that are active. That is not quite the same thing if a user doesnt actually use the 4G network, claims Vodafone. That still looks like a weak excuse when Ronan Dunne, chief executive of O2, which launched 4G on the same day as Vodafone last year, has announced his network has more than three million 4G customers.
The worlds top poker players have been slugging it out for a $10 million (6.34 million) payday in Las Vegas this week.
But an honorary mention should go to hedge-fund billionaire David Einhorn a fearsome poker player who managed to finish 177th out of 6683 runners to win $44,728 for the Robin Hood Foundation, which tackles poverty in New York.

As the mystery of the Bank of Englands chief forex dealer Martin Mallett, sacked on the same day as the investigation into what the Bank knew about forex rigging was published, deepens, the man himself has gone to ground.
So what were these mysterious breaches of internal policies? Spy paid a visit chez Mallett: the lights were on, but the door remained firmly shut...

Out with the balance ball chair and in with the plants.
So say Kathryn Wilking and Linda Varone, two feng shui practitioners who maintain that applying the traditional Chinese system to your work space can improve your finances, your career, and your well-being.
By doing some physical changes in your space, you can subtly shift energies in your life, said Varone, owner of Nurturing Spaces Feng Shui in Arlington.

People generally think of feng shui as a method for arranging furniture for optimal energy flow, said Wilking, who recently wrote a book on the subject, Practical Feng Shui for the Office. But the philosophy can be applied to a space as small as a desktop.
The most important step to improving your office energy is to place your desk in the proper spot, what Wilking calls command position. From your desk, she advises, you should have a clear view of the door and most of the room, creating a sense of control over your space.
When youre in command, you dont get as stressed out, you make sound decisions, you are more confident, Wilking said.

Chance to get in tune for inner peace -
November 11, 2014 by
Mr HomeBuilder

                     Tuesday, November 11, 2014
My niece is an amateur singer in Malaysia, while Mahmood in the 1980s and 1990s wrote well over 1,000 songs including hits for stars such as Hacken Lee, Leon Lai, Roman Tam, Sammie Cheng, Anita Mui, Alan Tam, Eason Chan, Danny Chan, and many more.
Jacqueline and her friend composed three songs, one in English and two in Putonghua. Return to Tao advises us to come to our senses and love Mother Nature, to seek and find inner peace within. Dao Heart and Human Heart (Dao xin ren xin) is about the differences between the two hearts, and advises us to stop what we are doing right now and to start thinking about the meaning of "Tao." The Heavenly Tao (Tian xia da tao) is about the path that will ultimately dictate our life, which is free from desire, lust and hatred. Mahmood's song, Balance, is in three languages and should bring us to the core principles in life, that everything should be in balance.
The chorus is: "What goes up, must come down. What goes around comes around. Nature and balance are one and the same, and Taoism is the name of the game."
I thought this ought to be good time to share these songs with our youngsters during this testing time, and I do hope that they will find the insights to provide comfort for their lives.
Feng shui and metaphysics are part of Tao, and Tao
