Maid Service Edmonton Now Offering Move-In/Move-Out Service - November 10, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

One of the most arduous aspects of moving out of a home or apartment, or into a new place is making sure the place is clean. Most of the time leaving behind a messy place is not an option, and nobody wants to begin a new life in grungy living quarters. Thats why Mango Maids is launching their move-in/move-out service, a new and important service from a cleaning company that has demonstrated their quality in every other way.

Edmonton, AB (PRWEB) November 08, 2012

Too often, an apartment or a home that has only been rented is not cleaned thoroughly, so when it comes time to go there is a major backlog of jobs to do, whether it is steam-cleaning the carpets, getting at hard-to-reach areas, cleaning the stove, fridge or bathtub or simply all glass surfaces and doors are wiped down.

The same problem can often present itself when moving into a new place. Although a landlord might do their best to prepare the new digs, thats not always good enough and some peoples standards are higher than others.

It can be very difficult to unpack and organize a household when the space isnt thoroughly cleaned, and having to do this without professional help can be simultaneously frustrating and defeating after a long move has just been accomplished. In some ways, to unpack inside of a dirty home or apartment is both functionally impractical and emotionally trying for anyone that values cleanliness and likes to keep a tidy house.

These challenges are very common in the world of moving, and although they can be solved with a little added effort on the part of the individual moving, it is not a time when producing such an effort is particularly easy. Thats why Mango Maids, a prominent cleaning company that serves both Calgary and Edmonton, is launching a move-in or move-out service specifically to ease this facet of the moving experience, and to make transitions between homes both simple and effortless.

This is a cleaning service that has already established its reputation across Alberta as being one of the most affordable, efficient and client-oriented businesses of its type, and this new offering is likely borne out of their unerring focus on customer satisfaction. This Edmonton maid service has consistently received positive notices on a number of independent review sites, lauding their efforts thus far, and the new moving package is likely to elicit even more happy commentary.

The cleaning checklist that accompanies this program, visible on the maid services Edmonton website, is extremely comprehensive, and can be bolstered or augmented as needed, if additional cleaning tasks are required. This is a service that should take much of the worry and complication out of moving for anyone who is interested.

    17. When it makes financial sense to get a maid - November 3, 2012 by Mr HomeBuilder

HIRING a maid in Malaysia is no longer a luxury exclusive only to the rich.

Economic progress over the past three decades has brought with it improvement in the living standards of the country's general population; and now, many households in Malaysia could well afford to get a maid to do their domestic chores for them.

The availability of part-time maid services in the country has also served to make hiring domestic help an affordable comfort to many Malaysians, including those from the not-so-affluent class.

But in a society where frugality and diligence to do own household chores are a highly regarded virtue, paying someone else to do something that one could easily do oneself could be frowned upon by some of the more conservative individuals as unnecessary spending, or even worse, laziness.

Speaking to financial experts, StarBizWeek finds out that it is indeed hard to justify whether hiring a maid is a wise spending or not.

Now, it is understandable that some Malaysians have to spend money on hiring domestic help out of necessity. This is especially so for households with young children or old folks, as most Malaysians are finding themselves increasingly busy trying to make a living that they have increasingly less time for housekeeping and to take care of their young or old ones at home.

But to some, hiring a maid could be just another discretionary spending item.

At the end of the day, it really depends on the circumstances and the preferences of the individuals or households, explains Carol Yip, a certified financial coach and founder of Abacus Advisory Sdn Bhd.

If one really needs help, one should just hire help it is as simple as that and there's nothing wrong with that, she says.

But what's important, as most financial advisors point out, is that when one spends on a particular discretionary item, one has to be more careful in one's spending on other indulgences and non-necessities in order to manage one's finances well. The basic principle of not spending more than what one earns, they say, remains the crucial guideline for sound financial management.
