Built on the location of the historic Montgomery Block, it has a structural height of 260 m (850 ft) and contains 48 floors of retail and office space. Construction began in 1969 and finished in 1972.

    Plans for a regional mall in Goodyear by 2014 are back on track, city officials announced Wednesday February 16 2011. "Westcor has confirmed for us that Estrella Falls mall will be here in Goodyear in 2014," said Goodyear City Manager John Fischbach.

Coming Soon A donut Shop, Little Caesars Pizza and a Sprint Store meanwhile there is plenty of vacant retail space that can be utilized however they are building a brand new retail strip for the new businesses
