Flores and Foley Roofing is currently installing a Versico single ply energy efficient roofing system. This system includes a white membrane to increase energy efficiency and Octaguard weathering package to keep the building secure and dry during any type of severe weather. Flores and Foley Roofing will be using 60-mil thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) membrane for the structure that will be fully adhered with heat welded seams.
