Earlier Story from April 2011:

The Pennsylvania State Police have made an arrest in a church fire in Dauphin County. Evan Donnelly, 25, was arraigned after he was releaded from the hospital.

Donnelly, from Albany, NY, driving a Subaru Forester, was doing doughnuts in the TA truck stop on SR 39 near SR81.

When a truck driver tried to alert Donnelly that golf clubs had fallen out of his SUV, he became angry and confronted the truck driver.

Donnelly yelled at the driver, smeared blood on his truck and then drove off.

The truck driver called police and told them that Donnelly has allegedly burned down a church.
