DETROIT (CBS Detroit) Six new tenants ranging from accounting to construction contracting services have moved into Bedrock Real Estate Services buildings in Detroits Central Business District.

The new tenants, who are presently operating in their new locations, are moving into buildings on Woodward Avenue and Broadway in downtown Detroit.

Companies of all sizes representing many different sectors clearly see the advantages and great benefits of locating in Detroits dynamic urban core, said Dan Mullen, Vice President of Leasing and Development with Bedrock Real Estate Services, in a release. Downtown Detroit has become a collaborative environment, with an energy and entrepreneurial spirit that cannot be found anywhere else.
