At CoveKinloch we strive to make the process as easy as possible for our clients. We liaise with and brief the specialist sub consultants (i.e. structural & fire engineers,etc.) and obtainquotations on your behalf. We provide simple weekly updates on how your project is progressing. We liaise with and consult with Council through the entire process, including the lodgment of the consent on your behalf followed by communication with Council during the consent processing stage to ensure the consent is granted in a timely manner.

The Architectural team at CoveKinloch aims to deliver aesthetically pleasing cost effective design. We place high emphasis onweathertightness and build ability aspects of the detailing.

Schedule 1 of the Building Act 2004 sets out the parameters to exempt building works that does not require a building consent. Please contact CoveKinloch and we are happy to assist with defining works that may or may not require a building consent or go to http://www.dbh.govt.nz/bc-no-consent
