Since its inception in 2000, Ms. Treadway has been an instrumental part of the national, full-service architectural firm that specializes in architecture and design. She works alongside her husband Mike Treadway, the companys Architect and Designer. MTA is located in the Galleria area of uptown Houston and provides architectural services for public, institutional, commercial and development clients.

As Treasurer and Secretary of MTA, Ms. Treadway manages the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, invoicing and budgeting. In addition to her administrative tasks, Ms. Treadway works closely with individual clients, assisting them with choosing the finishes they want at prices they can afford. Prior to joining MTA, Ms. Treadway was employed at a number of civil and traffic engineering firms as an Executive Assistant.
