Our work encompasses Revit BIM modelling, 3D AutoCAD modelling and AutoCAD drafting for retail and residential customers and for large MEP (M&E) and architectural projects in the design and contracting industry.

IPD and BIM Services We provideIPD (Integrated Project Delivery)andBIM Modelling(Building Information Modelling) services to architects, engineers and general contractors. By taking ownership of IPD and BIM for our clients, the projects that we work on are delivered on time and within budget.

Architectural CAD Services Our architectural CAD services span a range of sectors, includingretail(for construction drawing sets and space planning),homebuilders(for detailed construction drawing sets), and commercial (CAD drawings and details for offices, mixed-use buildings and other sites).

Our focus areas include retail design and documentation Services where we already provide support to a number of retailers. Besides, we partner with homebuilders in the US, UK, Canada and Australia to offer residential design and documentation services.

MEP (M&E) CAD Services

Our MEP (M&E) CAD services cover MEP drafting,MEP modelling, andMEP coordination. We have experience of working in the US, Canadian, Australian, Middle East and the UK markets, although we are prepared to work to the standards for other countries if required. Our project experience includes MEP CAD services for stadia, hospitals, educational facilities, leisure complexes, office buildings, casinos, multi-unit residential sites, hotels and mixed-use facilities.

Offshore CAD Team Our MEP (M&E) and architectural CAD services can be utilised on a per project basis or on a dedicated offshore team basis. With a high-quality production centre in India, we provide entire teams for our customers. The teams are trained according to our customers requirements either in India or within the host country.

Offshore CAD teams consist of personnel that only work for a particular customer on their respective projects. At present, we supply architectural CAD drafting and CAD modelling teams as well as MEP (M&E) CAD drafting and MEP modelling teams for companies based in the UK, the US, Canada and Australia.

Our offshore, dedicated CAD teams will usually serve as a complete back office solution on an ongoing basis or for large projects, usually over a 6-month to 36-month duration. The offshore dedicated team set up for the client includes all elements required for the team in terms of hardware, software, dedicated server, dedicated workspace and dedicated communication channels.
