Shea Homes customers in Charlotte now have a brand new design studio from which to make their homes selections. The new studio showcases cabinets, countertops, lighting, sliding style boards, flooring and more.

Further on in the design studio, four kitchen areas highlight traditions and trends, complete with GE appliances, lighting, and hardware. The cabinet and countertop gallery is the perfect spot to pull the kitchen together, with samples of every available option.

Further on is an expansive flooring gallery, with over 100 samples of carpet, hardwood and tile. Tucked away is even a built-ins gallery, highlighting mud room drop zones and media niches. A luxury bathroom, exteriors gallery, and even a cozy corner showcasing fireplaces and hearths are available for customers to experience.
