Ellis Custom Homes has been building homes in southwest Ohio for over 17 years. Our focus is on building quality custom homes, with an emphasis on establishing a close working relationship with clients in order to achieve their individual needs.

We offer design services with computer-generated models of each home. With the latest technology available, we give our clients the opportunity to visualize their home in a 3D model before we ever break ground.

We believe that communication is paramount to a successful building experience for our clients. We utilize a web-based communications program that provides our clients with 24/7 access to critical information about their home during construction. With a computer, tablet or smart phone, they can find information regarding their construction schedule and selections. If our clients are out of town, they can download pictures for their review or share with family and friends.

Our team has over 75 years of combined experience in the construction industry. Ellis Custom Homes is a member of the Home Builders Association of Dayton, and is recognized by the local, accredited better business bureau. We take pride in our work, and look forward to working with you!
