Grand View Builders, the Houston-based custom homebuilding company, earned the top honor of Houstons Best Custom Home Elevation Under $400,000 for their Stewarts Forest model at the prestigious Greater Houston Builders Associations 2012 Houstons Best PRISM Awards at the Hilton Americas Houston on October 6. This is the first PRISM Award that Grand View Builders has received.
The company was also a finalist for Houstons Best Custom Home Design Under $400,000 for the same Stewarts Forest model. The Stewarts Forest community features floorplans with impressive interior features, energy saving features and distinctive exterior features.

The 2012 awards ceremony was held at Hilton Americas Houston and took the theme of Unveiling the Masquerade.
