Rooftop Decks At Maravilla

Ryland Homes is offering a sneak peak and early opportunities for its new Mountain's Edge collection with pregrand opening pricing and special home-site selection opportunities.

Maravilla Vistas is one of five new Ryland communities opening this spring and offers four two-story and three-story floor plans with rooftop decks.

"Maravilla Vistas will have two three-story and two two-story homes available in this beautiful location within Mountain's Edge," sales agent Mara Glaser said. "Home shoppers can check out our two model homes, the Diana and the Cassandra, to see the unique combination of efficiency and design."

The floor plans at Maravilla Vistas range from 1,939 to 2,454 square feet with prices starting in the $190,000s. Two model homes are scheduled to open soon.

The Diana is a two-story home with 2,127 square feet of living space. It includes three bedrooms, 2 baths and a two-car garage.

"This is one of our 'upside-down' homes, which are very popular," Glaser said.

The Diana's main living spaces are on the second floor, offering residents a unique layout and second-floor views from the dining room, great room, kitchen and master bedroom. The home's laundry room, bonus room and secondary bedrooms are on the first floor.

The Cassandra is a three-story, 2,454-square-foot home that includes three bedrooms, three baths, kitchen island, loft, bonus room, two-car garage and Ryland's signature rooftop deck. The dining room, kitchen, great room and one secondary bedroom with a full bath are on the third floor.
