Country star Jessie James Decker has fired back at critics who took aim at her for posting an underwear shot featuring her young son online by insisting shes trying to teach him to appreciate the body is beautiful.
The I Look So Good singer was trying to show fans what her workouts under lockdown were like in the playful shot, but some followers felt the photo was inappropriate, especially as her kid appeared in the background.
One critic asked, You walk around like that with your kids around, prompting the singer to reply: No different than a swimsuit. I teach my children the body is beautiful. Nothing to be ashamed of.
Responding to another follower, who suggested the star is desperate for attention, the Flip My Hair singer joked: Yeah, I dont get enough love. Can I get a hug?
But not everyone had a problem with the photo, which was posted online on Tuesday one fan wrote: If I looked like that Id walk round everywhere like that.
