Bandar Seri Begawan - Alif Technologies Sdn Bhd has reached another milestone with its Brunei-made product dubbed 'SOS Brunei' when it signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PMK Support Services Sdn Bhd, the provider of 24/7 roadside assistance services, as an official partner to promote SOS Brunei on its towing services.

The signing took place at Alif's boardroom yesterday, seeing Alif Technologies represented by Senior IT Manager Pg Mohd Sufian bin DP Hj Maidin, while PMK Support Services Sdn Bhd was represented by its Business Development Senior Manager Stephen Wong. Present as witnesses were Eric Kon and Amir Hamzah.

SOS Brunei, developed under the AITI Grant Scheme, is a mobile application running on the android platform providing towing services, taxi services, police, ambulance and fire and rescue services. It works by locating the nearest available resources and dispatching them.

Alif Technologies also plans to expand SOS Brunei with future services in the pipeline such as Gas Delivery service, promotion-based services, handyman services and anti-thief services.

SOS Brunei will officially be launched at the International Convention Centre during the TechXpo, which is set to run until December 4.
