Experienced business owner Arthur Asesyan and his wife Ann are looking forward to bringing a new and unique kind of company to the Warren County area through their new business, TruBlue Total House Care of Mason and Lebanon.

TruBlue of Mason and Lebanon specializes in providing complete house care, including maid services, lawn care, home improvements and emergency repairs. TruBlue works with home owners, business owners, real estate professionals, general contractors and property managers to maintain homes and rental properties, improve curb appeal, make final preparations to sell homes and more.

I own a local restaurant, but I was ready to get into something that would give me more time and that I could be involved in from the ground level. We looked into handyman services and maid services, but I knew I wanted a franchise and I knew I wanted something flexible enough to allow me to meet the needs of my clients. The concept of whole home management is something I think people will really love, Arthur said.

Arthur has been in business since he was 19 and the couple currently owns a local restaurant. He said building a successful restaurant business requires a solid understanding of customer services and client satisfaction as well as business management, project management and more. Hes looking forward to bringing his experience to this budding franchise and making TruBlue of Mason and Lebanon a success.
