ST GEORGE (ABC 4 Utah) - The St. George Parade of Homes is celebrating their 25th year. Salisbury Homes is one of the featured builders in this years show and showcased the "Sundance" floor plan that they call the perfect family home.

Salisbury's real estate agents, Justin Vaughn and Bunny Skyy, gave ABC4's Tasmin Mahfuz a tour of the home.

"It's just under 3,000 square feet. It has three bedrooms, a great loft upstairs and a neat little nook for kids to play in," said Vaughn.

They said of the main features is actually in the kitchen.

""A lot of families want to gather together so we really focused on the kitchen and the family room and it being open. They did the Butler's Pantry which the oven's are in the back of the pantry," Skyy said.

"You prep your food in the back and keep the mess out of sight," Vaughn added.

They said the home is perfect for the family that likes to entertain but what makes Salisbury Homes stand out is their price.

"This house is 424,900. Most of our homes start in the mid-200's in this area and you option up from there. If you were to build this home with another builder, I've done the competitor analysis, and you'd be paying probably $65,000 more for a home that our competitor would offer.
