Executives from several companies will talk about their companies' technology plans during an event Thursday.

Paul Martine, chief technology officer for Citrix Systems, will moderate the roundtable, hosted by The South Florida Technology Alliance and Fort Lauderdale-based Citrix.

Panelists scheduled are Joel Steigelfest, chief information officer for Cross Country Home Services, home warranty company in Sunrise; Alexander Sjogren, chief technology officer for Yellow Pepper, mobile financial solutions company in Miami ; Patric Edmondson, senior vice president, Modernizing Medicine, electronic medical record and data firm based in Boca Raton; and Bryan Dennstedt, chief technology officer for MDLive, telehealth services firm in Sunrise.

The executives will discuss what their companies are doing today in technology, as well as their visions and plans, said Deborah Vazquez, chief executive of tech staffing firm ProTech in Boca Raton.

The event will begin with networking and a presentation about technology companies locating operations in the Netherlands. The panel is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. The location is Citrix, 851 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale.
