He helped me through the entire process, helping me with each step and was great at explaining everything he was going to do, he even came shopping for ideas with me. I am not originally from the US and Bob was very patient in putting it in terms I would understand and explaining the things while comparing them to the European system for me!This is our first home and our first remodel. Bob remodeled our bathrooms from the top down, as well as ripped out all of our piping that was very overdue for replacement. He treated everything with the best respect in our new home. She showed excellent ability to take our vision and turn it into something even better. She was very receptive to our ideas and "monkey wrenches." We had just the right amount of control over decisions to not be overwhelmed and to have an end result that was truly ours. Rod, the contractor, took everything we threw at him and made it work. They finished on time, to the day. There were no surprises along the way. Any issues that we identified were dealt with promptly and to our satisfaction. The workmanship is top notch. The subs were professional and did an excellent quality of work. Our herringbone back splash is the "star" that everyone compliments. The whole team at Northland Design and Build is fantastic and we could not have asked for a better, more trustworthy group to remodel our home."

"Cipriani Remodeling did a complete reconstruction of our shore home .The second floor of the home was removed and the entire floor was expanded to add two new bedrooms larger bathroom . First floor new granite counter tops in kitchen with new cabinets added and new lighting .House was redisigned from top to bottom lighting ,painting , flooring , roof ,deck and siding.Mr Cipriani was hands on during the complete project along with a wonderful site supervisor.We thought the price was fair and the materials used were excellent . The job site was always clean and respectful to the neighbors ."
