Five bedrooms (including loft and study), 2.5 bath, and main floor study. Total of 4,399 square feet, 3,275 square feet of finished area, 599 square feet garage, and 880 square feet of decks, patios, and porches. (EDIT 6/2/2017) (hot-tub shown on plans has been removed from scope of work)
