Moss Building and Design and Moss Home Services, a family-owned home remodeling and home services company in Chantilly, VA, is pleased to announce the appointment of two new project managers, David Keys and Alex Ondrejik to its growing staff.

David Keys comes to Moss after twenty-five years of experience in the remodeling industry. He grew up in Northern Virginia and began his career after receiving an advanced carpentry certification from the Fairfax County public school system. In Vienna, VA he worked with several remodeling companies and became a lead carpenter. In 1999, David began working as a project manager and in 2003 he was certified as a remodeler by the NARI (National Association of Remodeling Industry).

In his new position as project manager at Moss Building & Design, David will be working specifically on addition and basement projects. In this role, David is confident in his ability to lead his team and to give the client a satisfying experience.

Alex Ondrejik started his career in remodeling in the field, where he gained a lot experience over six years. In the field, he gained knowledge through building decks, installing drywall and cabinetry, and framing houses and additions.

Alex then owned his own small business for two years where he put to good use his construction experience with jobs ranging from custom built-ins, to siding and kitchen remodels. After taking on a full time position at a construction company, Alex moved into the project manager position.

At Moss, Alex will be one of Moss Home Services project managers. In this role, Alex is excited to further his knowledge of the industry and to bring his own expertise of materials and techniques to Moss. His hope is to help grow Moss as a company and as a brand.

In the project manager positions, both David and Alex will focus on leading their teams through the construction process and keeping track of deadlines, resolving any project conflicts, managing materials and expenses, and guiding the client through the construction process.

David and Alex both come from outstanding backgrounds where their work, expertise, and behavior speak of their professionalism and pride in their work and the customer experience.

As one of Alexs former clients surmised: Sometimes you hire the project manager as much as you hire the company. This belief is a testament to the important role of the project managers, as well as the entire customer service of the Moss team.
