Welcome to Indiana Mold Remediation! We are a locally owned company serving Indiana since 2001. We perform mold inspections, testing, and remediation for a variety of clients ranging from home owners and real estate professionals to government agencies and state universities.

We have made it our mission to help you with your mold problems, even if you don't hire us. This website provides free information about mold and how to deal with it.

Below are some tips that may help if you discover mold growth in your home or business. More information can be obtained by phone at 317-867-4766. We won't charge for the call, and we won't try to sell you anything.

Our first words of advice when dealing with mold are: Don't Panic!

Few emotions can be as powerful as fear. When we fear for our safety, or health, or the unknown, we tend to make rash decisions that aren't necessarily in our best interest. So stop, breathe, and think about your options. You can get through this. This is a problem that can be solved.

The second thing you should do when dealing with mold is to conduct a little research. If you plan to clean up the mold yourself, you will want to research mold and methods of mold remediation. If you plan to hire somebody to tackle the problem for you, you will also want to research mold remediation companies.

Some useful resources can be found on the right side of our FAQ page.

You want to take care of your own mold problem? We aren't one of those companies that say it can't be done; in fact, we congratulate you for having that pioneering spirit!

We try to give as much information and advice as possible for the do-it-yourself types here on our website; however, Uncle Sam has a much larger budget. The folks over at the EPA have put together a very nice Guide to Mold, Moisture, and Your Home. This guide is a helpful, informative, and common sense approach to cleaning up mold backed up by a lot of scientific research. If you still have questions after reading the guide, or if reading isn't your thing; please call us. We don't care that you're not going to hire us; we just want to help.

Not willing or able to remove the mold yourself? That's okay. There are many good, reputable mold remediation companies out there, but you should do a little research to make sure you don't end up on the wrong side of a bad deal. We have put together a Mold Remediation Buyer's Guide that lists some of the things you might want to find out before hiring a contractor.
