Nordecon Betoon O, a Nordecon Group company, entered into a contract with the lemiste City developers Mainor lemiste subsidiary piku Majad O for the construction of a parking house with a space for 428 cars. The facility will be located adjacent to the countrys largest office building, pik Building and in the first phase of the construction a historical Dvigatel production facility will be enlarged to a five storey 14,000 sqm parking house.

The value of the contract is 3.995 million euros plus value added tax. The construction works will be completed in summer 2018.
