Remember Lady Gagas WTF Grammys red carpet entrance in 2011? WE DO.
HappyGrammysday!!!We, for one, might be looking forward to the red carpet the MOST on tonights music awards show extravaganza, because thats where all the craziest ish goes down. Not quiteVMAs cray (#humblebrag), but still some pretty nutty stuff has transpired on the Grammys red carpet over the years. I mean, Lady Gagacarried, Cleopatra-style Inside an egg? Pretty sure the entire world tweeted a collective WTF when that happened.
Was it Shakespeare or Kanye West who said, If music be accompanied by some gooda** stunt queen antics, play on? (Yeah, youre right: it was probably Kanye.) So lets play on and take a trip back in Grammys red carpet time and remember 13 totally weird, WTF, LOLWUT-inducing moments ever.
1. Lady Gaga arrives in an egg, 2011. This is ALSO the first recorded instance of something on a red carpet being taller than Sways hat!
2. Nicki Minaj brings a Pope lookalike as her plus-one, 2012. This whole Little Red Ride-Or-Die Hood is THE look, but somebodys Catholic grandmother continues to pray for the Barbz soul after seeing the blasphemous couple on TV.
3. M.I.A. makes everyone nervous her water will break, 2009. Maybe not so much weird as worrisome for whoever was responsible for cleaning the red carpet
