Darwen roofing business secures new space

DARWEN-based Rinus Roofing has expanded its depot space to more than 60,000sq ft.
The specialist roofing firm in Commercial Road has just secured depots in Southampton and Macclesfield and plans to operate 30 depots and trade counters, including a base in Liverpool.
The new depots were secured through Manchester firm GRM Property.
Gareth Middleton, of GRM, said: With a requirement for a total of 30 premises covering the entire country it has required a strategic and planned approach which is really starting to deliver results.
We have already viewed options in Colchester and Liverpool so are hoping the second part of the project will be just as successful.
David Proos, managing director of Rinus Roofing, said: We are undergoing a major expansion plan and the new depots are fundamental to its success.
We have been working very closely with Gareth and are delighted to have reached this point. We have secured some great properties and are looking forward to finalising many more deals.
