Today, e2b anytime apps, a division of e2b teknologies announced that Tempco Pest Control, inc. recently selected and implemented Anytime Collect, accounts receivable management software, to work alongside the companys QuickBooks Pro accounting system. Tempco Pest Control is a mid-sized, full service pest Management Company providing environmentally-friendly services to residential and commercial clients throughout southwest Florida.

Prior to finding Anytime Collect, Tempco managed A/R collection activities manually by running aging reports out of QuickBooks and documenting communications on spreadsheets. Tempco services approximately 4,000 customers annually on payment terms of 15 days or less. With such a high volume of sales and plans to grow even larger in the future, Tempco realized better A/R management was vital to their future growth and success.

With a service area approximately a quarter of the size of the state of Florida, Tempco generates between 50-150 customer invoices every day, said e2b teknologies Sales Manager Tiffany Kirkland. That means they can create up to 3,000 invoices a month or 36,000 every year which can be difficult to manage effectively without an automated system like Anytime Collect.

Tempco recognized this challenge and set out in search of a solution to help them better manage their communications and to shorten their Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) through the automation of emails and other A/R collections activities. Tempco had a list of features that were important to them in a solution. After evaluating their options, Tempco chose Anytime Collect accounts receivable management software because it was the only solution on the market that met their needs and integrated directly with their QuickBooks accounting software.
