We rent an older 4 bedroom 2 car garage house we have had problems with toilet overflowing getting feces all. Over the place for 3 years. Today finally the home warranty company put in us a new Elongated Standard Brand toilet. Yeeaaaaaa!!! Danny #39;s Home - Landmark Home Warranty
This holiday season was memorable for us here at Landmark Home Warranty, because we were able to take part in something very special. With help from a network of caring contractors and part suppliers, Landmark was able to contribute to Danny #39;s Home. Danny Goldman is a vibrant and active 5 year old. He loves to play, he loves school, and he #39;s a really big Spiderman fan. Danny also has spina bifida and hydrocephalus. With therapy and a special chair, Danny is surprisingly independent and as lively as any 5 year old. The problem the Goldman #39;s faced with Danny #39;s development was a home that was accessible to Danny #39;s condition. Their small 2-bedroom apartment provided no handicap accommodations. Michelle Todd, a local Realtor with Exit Realty took it upon herself to find a home for the Goldmans on their very tight budget. The home she found needed a lot of work to accommodate Danny, but with help from several local business and individuals like Michelle, The Goldmans were given an early Christmas Gift this year and Danny finally got the home he needed. UPS driver steals package
HOUSTON --A surveillance video caught a UPS driver stealing a package from a northwest Harris County front porch shortly after it was delivered by Fed Ex. Al Alverson #39;s home security camera system recorded the incident on Wednesday. Alverson said the video shows the Fed Ex deliveryman leave a new iPad mini on his doorstop -- a Christmas present for Alverson #39;s daughter. Later that same day, a UPS deliveryman showed up at Alverson #39;s house with a package. He got no answer when he rang the doorbell so he left the package and walked away. But the security video showed the UPS driver did not leave. A couple of minutes later, he came back, picked up the iPad and walked off. Alverson posted the video on YouTube Wednesday night. On Thursday morning, a deputy and an investigator from UPS were at his house. By the afternoon, he had his daughter #39;s iPad back. UPS tracked down the driver. They said he was a seasonal employee who has been fired. Officials said the driver gave back the package he swiped off Alverson #39;s doorstep. In return, Alverson said he would not press charges.
