IRVING, Texas, Dec. 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The California Apartment Association has recognized TDI's Oceano Warner Center community with its prestigious "Best New Construction in Los Angeles" Award. Oceano Warner Center was developed by a partnership between TDI, affiliates of Dune Real Estate Partners and Oceano Partners.

SIX OCC ARCHITECTURE STUDENTS SWEEP AWARDS IN COMPETITION HELD AT THE LAB AND THE CAMP Thursday, December 08, 2005 Six Orange Coast College architecture students have teamed up to capture the top two awards this fall in the 2005 IDEAS (Inter-Discipline Enriching the Arts Scholarship) Program, sponsored the The LAB and The CAMP in Costa Mesa. The LAB and The CAMP are situated across the street from one another on Bristol St., in Costa Mesa. The LAB is located at 2930 Bristol, and The CAMP is at 2937. OCC #39;s winning students will work directly with The LAB and The CAMP to formulate their proposals into working art exhibitions and installations, to be staged at each venue in early 2006. First prize went to OCC #39;s team of Allan Suan of Garden Grove, Akio Naka of Santa Ana and Nicolas Urano of Newport Beach. Each student will receive a $1000 cash prize, and will be funded to build their team #39;s shade/art structure, called "Pipeline," at The CAMP. Second prize went to OCC #39;s Robert Cha of Anaheim, Catherine Lim of Irvine, and Christopher Steward of Huntington Beach. Each will be awarded $200.
