A major bushfire continues to burn near the Eyre Peninsula town of Tulka, but the threat to people and property has lessened, the Country Fire Service (CFS) says.
The blaze, one of 65 across South Australia since Saturday, has destroyed 1850 hectares of scrub along with 12 cabins, a caravan and a campervan at a local caravan park.
One home, several sheds, four cars and large amounts of fencing and irrigation pipes have also been lost.
There are no reports of injuries to local residents or fire crews.
Initial reports said seven homes and 12 sheds had been destroyed, but the CFS revised the damage toll after sending in an assessment team.
That team is also working to determine the cause of the blaze.
On Monday afternoon the fire was still burning out of control but was within containment lines.
CFS state co-ordinator Malim Watts said while it remained a concern, the blaze was not expected to breach the backburns in place.
More than 100 firefighters have been deployed to the Tulka fire, and Mr Watts said it would be several days before it was considered safe.
"We do have free running fire burning in native vegetation even though it's got a control line established around it," he said.

Jason Hoopert with his first city winner Mimics. Picture: Jono Searle Source: The Courier-Mail
JASON Hoopert figures the team at Sky Channel's Off The Beaten Track still owe him an interview.
Hoopert, 40, broke through for his first city winner when the Lyn Paton-trained Mimics fought off all challengers to win at Eagle Farm on Saturday. Hoopert has defied medical advice, after being told his career was over following a terrible fall at Kilcoy in July, 2006.
"As far as I know I'm the first jockey in history to win a premiership in a coma," he said. "That was the last meeting of the season. I won the south east Queensland country premiership and I was in a coma when the clock ticked over.
"I lost all my balance. I couldn't even walk in a straight line. So when they were telling me I would never ride again I did believe them.
"But three years later, the balance came back, I started riding trackwork for Trevor Miller at Caloundra and I just kept going from there."
For all the winners Hoopert has ridden in his well-travelled career, it was a surprise to learn Mimics was his first in the metropolitan area.
"I was always based in the country before my fall and I never had too many rides down here. Since I made the comeback, I thought I would give it a go and see what happens," he said.
Hoopert had a near five-year hiatus, returning to race riding last year.
"I've been riding a little bit for Maryann Brosnan, which is funny because it was one of her horses when I had my fall," he said. "I won on it the start before at Esk and then I had the fall at Kilcoy. I can't remember any of the day at Kilcoy.

HARTFORD -- The towns 2013 budget will include the construction of two new salt storage sheds, as well as a two percent increase in payments to the Hartford Volunteer Fire Company, but is still coming in well below the states two-percent tax cap.
The levy is going up 1.1 percent, and all of that is the increase in workers compensation , which is set by the county, Supervisor Dana Haff said of the budget, which was passed last month.
The initial budget called for $1.25 million is spending and $247,191 in estimated revenue. The town will also use $121,907 from the fund balance, leaving $882,755 to be raised through taxes, but that figure did not include the $23,214 required for workers compensation. With that included, the total tax levy is $894,652.
In the past, we have waited for the county add-ons, but this year we simply figured it in, so we could get the budget passed, Haff said.
The budget gap of $121,907 was up $50,719 from last year. Estimated revenues went up $1,761,
The new storage sheds will include one for the sand/salt mix for residents and a larger one to handle the winter road salt.
The capital improvement line item is $28,000, but not all of that will be spent on the salt shed, Haff said. There will be other improvements to the towns buildings and grounds.
The two sheds will go where the current sand pile is, behind the municipal building. Haff said the new buildings will fit on that site, although the change will mean the town will have a smaller supply on hand but will be able to get periodic deliveries.

Perth sheds supplier explains to public why buyers should always look for the ShedSafe logo when buying a shed.
Perth, Western Australia (PRWEB) November 12, 2012
Among the findings: 30% of damage to cold formed sheds were from the loss of cladding due to collapse. Flawed designs that created too much internal pressure, corroded connections, and failure of roller doors were some of the other causes of damage. The most important finding, though, was that sheds which were built to certain sets of standards sustained almost no damage at all.
There were also cyclones in other states that resulted in the failure of many sheds, but Cyclone Larry was the main catalyst for change. In response to Cyclone Larry and previous storms, building certifiers and Government regulators contacted the Australian Steel Institute (ASI) with the purpose of establishing higher standards for building sheds that would make them safer and more cyclone-resistant.
By identifying what didnt work, Cyclone Larry also identified what did work, and the ASI composed a set of standards in 2008, based on buildings that survived the storm. The standards help engineers and designers apply design codes to steel sheds in a more effective manner.
The result is the ShedSafe program. To become certified, shed manufacturers must be reviewed by an independent 3rd party, and their designs and engineering must be documented to be safe by an independent 3rd party structural engineer. They must also document and guarantee that their sheds are designed according to the standards of the Australian Steel Institute Design Guide Portal Frame Sheds and Garages.
For a shed reseller to become certified, they must be trained to recommend the proper shed design, and to determine the correct wind loads necessary for any site.
For a shed to carry the ShedSafe certification, the shed manufacturer must be certified. For a shed supplier or reseller to sell a ShedSafe certified shed, the supplier or reseller must be certified. The end result is that the products are safe, and the people supplying them have been properly trained to make the correct evaluations and recommendations.
Max Italiano, Owner of Action Sheds Australia, is proud that his company is ShedSafe accredited and carries products with the ShedSafe logo: We are proud to be ShedSafe compliant, and we are proud to carry only ShedSafe certified products. We were in favour of the certification, because we thought it was sorely needed.
Italiano continued, Before ShedSafe, there really wasnt any mechanism in place to ensure consumers that they were getting what they were paying for. Anyone can make an attractive sales flyer, and anyone can make unfounded claims. There were so many factors and variables in buying a shed that it was easy to confuse consumers. With ShedSafe, though, consumers now know that they are getting the right shed for their needs, and that it is safe, strong, and dependable for whatever Australias climate has to offer.
