St Hellier is the islands main hub and home to the luxurious Royal Yacht Hotel.

Though St Hellier is by far not the most scenic spot on the island, it is a good location to anchor yourself, with bars, restaurants and amenities all within walking distance.

Along with plenty of aqua activities, St Brelade is also home to several eateries, including the delicious Kismet Cabana.

This small but fruitful beach shack offers outdoor dining and an option to take away for those who prefer to hunker down on the sand while watching the tide roll in.

For those who prefer to stay on dry land, there are plenty of coastal walks to enjoy.

VisitJersey offers an array of self-guided walks in all corners of the island, but one in particular promising dazzling views is Plmont Bay.

Situated at the North of the island, Plmont Bay is a stunning rugged coastline which looks out to the surprisingly sparkling waters of the English Channel.

For us, this meant a stop at The Club Hotel and Spa.
