A 3 Alarm fire gutted an Apartment building at the Quattro development in Whalley, sending clouds of thick black smoke into the air that were visible across the Lower Mainland. Police had to keep people well back due to a high risk of a large crane collapsing in the middle of the fire. This is the second Suspicious Fire in 3 days at this Under Construction Apartment building located at 13789 107A Ave in Surrey BC
