Went to go buy a used lathe and the owner had a matching mill. Not my first choice of mills but for 1100 for the pair including all stands, chip trays and tooling, I couldn't pass it up. Quite a bit different than the Sherline's and I needed a manual machine to cut down stock and for simple tasks.

In this video I finish the tile in the living room, I grout and cleanup. i am no expert but maybe you can learn what not to do. I used premixed acrylic thinset because i thought it would be more resilient however I have since read that people have had problems with it.
