FOX ENTERTAINMENT RENEWS FAMILY COMEDY "LAST MAN STANDING" AND MEDICAL DRAMA "THE RESIDENT" FOR THE 2020-2021 SEASON

FOX has renewed family comedy LAST MAN STANDING and medical drama THE RESIDENT for the 2020-2021 season, it was announced today by Michael Thorn, President, Entertainment, for FOX Entertainment. LAST MAN STANDING, starring Tim Allen, will enter its third season on FOX, and ninth in total. THE RESIDENT will enter its fourth season.

LAST MAN STANDING follows MIKE BAXTER (Allen), a happily married father of three daughters, who finds himself the odd man out as he tries to maintain his manliness in a home dominated by women. The Broncos have invested heavily in their offensive line over the past two seasons with the additions of Dalton Risner (2nd Round 2019) and Lloyd Cushenberry III (3rd Round 2020) along with pricey free-agent additions in Ju'Wuan James and Graham Glasgow.

The interior should be stout in both the run and pass game. The questions for this team surround their tackles as James looks to stay healthy and Bolles tries to eliminate penalties. This group has the potential to be a top or bottom 3rd line depending on the play outside. 7.0

Kansas City:LT Eric Fisher, LG Martinas Rankin, C Austin Reiter, RG Laurent Duvernay-Tardif, RT Mitchell Schwartz

Fisher has come into his own as the former 1st overall pick while Schwartz continues to be one of the better right tackles in the game. Inside, Reiter stepped in nicely for the departed Mitch Morse.

This group was able to provide Mahomes with adequate time. Mahomes only needs so much based on his improvisation skills. This group can look to improve the in the run game as they ranked 28th in run blocking. 7.5

Las Vegas:LT Kolton Miller, LG Richie Incognito, C Rodney Hudson, RG Gabe Jackson, RT Trent Brown

The Raiders ranked in the top 6 in both the run blocking and pass blocking in 2019. Richard Incognito, Rodney Hudson, and Gabe Jackson form a stout interior line that ranks amongst the leagues best. Incognito came back from a hiatus and performed at an All-Pro level.

Trent Brown came over from New England as the highest-paid right tackle in NFL history and performed well most of the season when healthy. Miller is still learning the ropes but has performed respectably. This unit will be amongst the leagues best in 2020. 8.0

Los Angeles:LT Sam Tevi, LG Dan Feeney, C Mike Pouncey, RG Trai Turner, RT Bryan Bulaga

The Chargers have been riddled with poor offensive line play for the past several years, but are hopeful this group has ended that trend. The team traded former Pro-Bowl tackle Russel Okung for perennial Pro-Bowl guard Trai Turner from Carolina.

The team also went and signed veteran Bryan Bulaga to solve one of the right tackle position. Mike Pouncy and Dan Feeney sure up the interior, leaving Sam Tevi as the lone question mark upfront.

The team believes in Tevi enough to pass on a tackle rich 2020 draft class. However, Tevi will be tested early and often as teams attack him until he proves worthy of the starting role. The Chargers will also have to weather the injury bug that has plagued this group throughout their recent history, as many of their projected starters have missed chunks of time over the past several seasons. 7.0

Florida-Based Crown Roofing Faces Repeat Violations - EHS Today

BRANDON, FL For three years, Air Force veteran Sonia Marquez had to improvise by using buckets throughout her house to catch the leaking water that fell from her roof that was ruined in 2017 by Hurricane Irma. The damage got so bad that she couldn't use the entire space in her three bedroom home.

When the coronavirus pandemic hit the U.S. in March, the roofing problem caused her to feel even more confined when she quarantined inside her home because she could only use about 70 percent of her house. She only went into the rooms that experienced the leaking to check the level of water in the buckets, and empty them if needed. It had already been financially difficult enough for her to afford a new roof and the pandemic wasn't helping but piling on problems.

Feelings of stir-craziness, worries about health concerns from mold issues inside her home, fire hazard concerns and just being tired of the situation caused Marquez to put her stubborn veteran pride aside and ask for help. Special Projects Coordinator Irene Morejon with Consumer and Veterans Services of Hillsborough County answered her call for help, and reached out to Veterans Build Coordinator Nitza Rivera with Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County. Morejon asked, "Hey, we have a veteran who has fallen on some financially hard times and is really in need of a roof right now. Can you help?"

Rivera, who is a retired master sergeant with the U.S. Army, started to put the people together that would help Marquez get a new roof. Two years ago, the veterans initiative with Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County was founded and that's when they began putting partnerships in place with organizations that could help veterans. One of the partners is Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project who since the founding of this program in 2016 has provided over 180 roofs to service members. Owens Corning Roof also has a partnership with local roofing company, Gale Force Roofing and Restoration.

All the above listed organizations showed up at Marquez's Brandon house early in the morning on May 19 and started ripping the old roof off, and by the end of the day she had a new roof installed for free by the kindness of these individuals.

As the roofers worked, Marquez stood in front of her house with tears of happiness flowing down her face and said, "Thanks to the veterans programs, and Ms. Irene, Ms. Nitza and Mr. Alex from Gale Force Roofing is helping sponsor the work on my roof so that now during the COVID-19, I can stay safe at home and use 100 percent of my home."

Co-owner Alex Dewey of Gale Force Roofing donated the labor to this project. After he heard about a roofing company in Columbus, Ohio, partnering with Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project and what they were doing for veterans, he took the opportunity to help.

"We've had a long-standing relationship with our manufacturer, Owens Corning, and they had presented this opportunity to myself, and I was excited for the opportunity," Dewey said.

Chief Operating Officer Ron Spoor of Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County showed up to Marquez's house to support the project.

"Nitza joined our staff a few years ago after retiring from the military, and she has really led our veterans initiative and really introduced a real focus on veterans, so we really appreciate her and her service," said Spoor. "She's connected us with veterans and with partners like Gale Force Roofing and Owens Corning so it's been a privilege for us to get to know a lot of people."

In the past year, Habitat for Humanity of Hillsborough County has helped install seven roofs to local service members.

As a family-owned business and MACCIs 2020 Firm of the Year, Quality is proud to celebrate their employees milestones. Lucas Kramer, Project Manager/Estimator, is celebrating his ten-year work anniversary at Quality Roofing Inc and recently reflected on his first decade with the local company.

Lucas brings excellence to his many roles at Quality, especially in recognizing customer needs, said owners Mark and Pat Begotka. Its been fun to watch his personal, family, and career achievements over the last 10 years. He has a lot to be proud of!

With some construction background through high school and college, Kramer felt a job at Quality Roofing would be a good fit.

I also took classes for a certificate in leadership and I really liked the idea of leading a team with the help of the foreman to complete projects, and in this job that is an everyday occurrence, he said.

After starting out with an entry level position in the office handling safety duties, pre-construction procedures, and various other clerical duties, he was also attending various training seminars throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana to become educated on Quality Roofings common materials and processes.

I also spent a lot of time early on working with crews on job sites to become familiar with the everyday activities as well, said Kramer.

After that entry level position, he progressed to some small project management while still continuing with safety duties, and ultimately moved into his current role as Project Manager/Estimator.

I have worked on a lot of projects with a lot of great customers, but the ones that are fun to share and talk about are the high profile ones like the Kohl Center, State Capitol, and Lambeau Field just to name a few, he said.

Kramer enjoys being able to meet new people customers and relate with them.

I enjoy growing a working relationship with customers and meeting or exceeding their expectations to the best of my abilities, he said. I enjoy working as a team with a crew of employees and accomplishing goals and jumping hurdles to complete a good quality product.

He also enjoys the challenges that come with the job.

I am a really competitive person, and I think by having that attitude has helped me grow with Quality Roofing throughout the last 10 years, he said. I really enjoy seeing the support from the top down within Quality Roofing. It makes me really proud to continue working here for many more years.

For anyone thinking about a career at Quality Roofing, Kramer encourages them to embrace the challenges, enjoy the friendships created along the way, and be proud of the accomplishments.

I am very proud to represent Quality Roofing every day, he said. Working here has helped me grow into the person I am today, and I can honestly say that I wouldnt change a thing.
